When you complete the "Become a Beacon Voice" form, we collect:

  • Organisation
  • Role or focus area
  • Your interests (e.g. Illuminate 2026, Spark gatherings, sponsorship)
  • Date and time of your submission

We use the information you provide to:

  • Keep you informed about Beacon Collective events, including Illuminate and Spark gatherings
  • Share relevant news and opportunities connected to the community
  • Manage event registrations and waiting lists
  • Respond to sponsorship or partnership enquiries

We will only contact you about matters related to The Beacon Collective. We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
