Large industry events have their place, but they tend to reward overly polished thinking, not ideas in formation. Conversations are shaped by timing, format and expectation, leaving less room for early challenge, support or shared perspective.
As a result, too many important ideas don't move forward because the conditions they need rarely exist... the right voices, at the right moment, in the right place.

Illuminate 2026
Two Days. 100 voices. One extraordinary moment.
Illuminate is Beacon's annual gathering, bringing voices together each September for two days of open conversation, shared exploration and meaningful connection in beautiful, intimate and inspiring settings.
This is a curated gathering held under the Chatham House Rule, with no more than one hundred voices. People leave inspired, refreshed and ready to embrace challenges.
